About Onlinewatchtv Water Restoration
Get connected with a provider
What We Are
Onlinewatchtv Water Restoration is a referral service. We connect homeowners in the Spokane area with independent water damage restoration providers. We do not do the work.
Why This Site Exists
Water damage is easier to manage with a plan. Most homeowners have never dealt with it before. This site gives you three things:
1. Checklists for spotting early warning signs 2. A step list for the first hour 3. A short path to a provider with the right equipment
How Matching Works
1. You call or send the form. 2. Your request goes to an independent provider, or to a partner who works with providers in your area. 3. The match depends on location, job type and which providers are taking work. 4. The provider contacts you about the damage, plan and price.
What We Expect From Providers
- Plain explanations
- Written estimates before work
- Moisture readings shared on request
- On-time arrival
- No pressure to sign
When homeowners report problems, we listen. Providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed from the network.
What We Do Not Do
- Water removal, drying, cleanup or repairs
- Setting prices or signing contracts for you
- Deciding insurance claims
- Requiring you to hire anyone
How We Are Paid
Providers or marketing partners may pay Onlinewatchtv Water Restoration for calls and requests we send. This does not change the price you are quoted. You pay the provider directly. See our referral disclosure for details.
